Toni Delgado-Green — Showing Specialist

Meet Toni Delgado-Green, a creative storyteller with a background in media, marketing, and community participation. She has rejoined Fortified Realty Group as a showing specialist while studying for her Massachusetts real estate license. Toni worked at Fortified previously as an office manager and marketing assistant.

Outside of real estate, Toni is the Arts & Culture Editor at The New Bedford Light, where she covers local events, artists, and community features around the SouthCoast. Her career has included project management, digital marketing, publishing, and content creation, always centered around communication and connecting with people.

Toni is also a working actress and lifestyle model. She is known for fusing creativity and spirit on and off camera. Whether she is helping clients find the right home, covering a local arts event, or taking on a new creative project, she brings energy, warmth, and a people-first approach to everything she does.
