How do I schedule a viewing?

What’s the move-in cost for a Fortified rental?
Massachusetts caps move-in costs at first month’s rent + last month’s rent (if required) + security deposit (max one month) + actual cost of lock and key replacement. Each listing page states the exact dollar amount required for that specific unit — some are first + security only, some include last month. We never charge anything beyond what state law allows. What if I have a question or maintenance request after I move in?
Fortified-managed tenants get a tenant portal for rent payment, document storage, and 24-hour-response maintenance requests. For listings managed by outside landlords, the listing page identifies the post-move-in contact. We always tell you upfront which it is.
