Our services
Fortified provides real estate brokerage and property management services in Massachusetts. Website content is for general information. Listings, availability, pricing, and application requirements can change. Nothing on our sites is a guarantee of tenancy, financing, or a completed transaction.
Text messaging terms (SMS/MMS)
By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts (for example on a web form, rental application, showing QR code to apply, signup with our team, an inquiry through portals such as Zillow, lease paperwork, or by verbal consent confirmed by text), you consent to receive SMS/MMS from Fortified about showings, applications, leasing, maintenance, account updates, and related customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of other communications required for a lease or legal notice where allowed by law.
Mobile number non-sharing: We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing. Numbers may be processed by our messaging providers solely to deliver our messages.
Consent to SMS is not required to buy, rent, or apply, except where a phone number is needed to complete a service you requested.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our sites, submit false application information, attempt unauthorized access, or use our communications channels for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortified is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our websites or text messaging programs. Our total liability for claims related to site use is limited to the greater of fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
