Yes. One off-street parking space is included on a first-come-first-served, unassigned basis in the rear driveway. The driveway is shared with the other units in the six-unit building. Street parking on Oliver Street is also unrestricted overnight, so guests and second vehicles park on the street within a short walk of the front door.

Apt 1 is on the first floor. The building has three stories and a basement and there is no elevator, but the unit itself is at ground level with a short set of steps from the front porch. The interior has hardwood floors throughout the bedrooms and living areas with no significant level changes inside the apartment.

No pets at this property. Service animals and assistance animals are not pets and are accommodated per the federal Fair Housing Act and MGL Chapter 151B section 4. If you have a service or assistance animal, please disclose it on your application.

The tenant pays heat and hot water. Both run on gas through Liberty Utilities at 1-800-544-4944. This unit is being upgraded with a brand-new gas boiler and a brand-new gas hot water heater before move-in. The tenant also pays electricity through National Grid at 1-800-322-3223. Water and sewer are included in the rent.

The rent is fixed for the duration of the tenancy and any future rent increase requires the same 30-day written notice before taking effect on the next rental period.

Voucher holders go through the same screening as cash-paying applicants. The property must pass HQS inspection before move-in, which Fortified coordinates with the local housing authority.

The unit is available now. Before move-in Fortified completes the standard turn checklist for this unit: paint touch-ups, deep clean, smoke and carbon monoxide detector battery replacement, installation of the new gas boiler and new gas hot water heater, and a walk-through video for the file. Move-in inspection is signed in person on the first day of the tenancy.
